Shipping + Returns on Ready Made Items

I want you to be delighted with your jewellery and therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a limited exchange on some of my products subject to the following terms:

• Shipping will be made within 72hours of purchase for items 'in stock'. This excludes all weekends and public holidays.

• All Courtney Marama Jewellery items are handmade. As a result each piece will vary from the last, with varying textures, marks and stone colours.

• RETURNS

• If you would like to return an item - you are entitled to an exchange or store credit, you must return the purchased item within 14 days. We can only give refunds on faulty items - sorry!

• Please note that the product must be returned unused, NO SCRATCHES, dents or other nasty things. It must be in the original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

• How do I swap / return my Courtney Marama Jewel?

             Simply email me at maramajewellery.cj@gmail.com and explain to me what you are returning and why and I will get back to you.
(but if it is a faulty item we will do our best to fix the fault)
